ABOUT
The world has always needed great leaders but never more so than now.
I help business leaders understand what great leadership means in their context and support them to act on it.
I act as trusted adviser to CEO’s, business unit heads and members of the Executive Team, particularly those taking on new and significant leadership roles. My experience is across virtually all business sectors and I work with global institutions, start-ups and everything in between. I have been Chair of two entrepreneurial businesses and involved as investor and adviser with over a dozen start-ups.
I am passionate about what I do and believe in the value that leaders add, admire the desire of my clients to make a meaningful difference and enjoy working with them.

After 30 years, ten thousand individual conversations, nearly one thousand workshops and a PhD in Leadership Coaching, I am one of the most experienced coaches in the UK.
